Aug. 14th, 2006 04:21 amMy hair still has a red tint along the roots. So I really still look like a redhead when I pull my hair back, which I have to do at work.
Washes out in 6-12 shampoos my ass.
The funny thing? People at work have told me it looks good on me, that I should get it done professionally.

In other news, the new book is going well. After Lumos, I was rather stuck on the next chapter. I was so excited to get to the conflicts and such, that I couldn't do the filler I needed in between. I basically had four days of free time in which to slug through the beginning of ch 4, and I only got 3 pages done, half of which was a re-write of some bits I already had.
Yeah, I was well and truly stuck. But! I seem to have come out on the other side, because in one day I have added another three pages, and am swiftly approaching an embarrassing moment for poor Ben (that I am really looking forward to. He, not so much). And after that comes conflicts and arguments and a test of his nerve. He will, of course, triumph, but that's all I'll say.
